In the beginning

Fitness began as a family affair for Sean. At the early age of 13, he began working out with his Dad and quickly picked up his father's love for training. As he continued to work out with family members and achieve his own fitness goals, Sean also discovered that he really enjoyed helping others get fit as well.

Today

Sean Callender is passionate about fitness and helping you achieve your goals. Sean is now a CanFitPro, Expert Rating Certified Personal Trainer and Nutritionist with over 15 years of experience in the industry. He is focused on continuing education and keeping up with current trends in health and fitness.
